I am configured it properly as per your instructions and the plugin not working in my cPanel.

My Environment

Roundcube : Roundcube Webmail 1.0.1
cPanel : 11.44.1.23
PHP : PHP 5.4.26 (cli) (built: Mar 22 2014 02:06:06)
mysql : Server version: 5.1.73-cll MySQL Community Server (GPLv2)

unfortunately we haven't tested the plugin against the version of Roundcube that you're using! It's something we have scheduled to do soon, so if you do work out what the problem is please let us know.
