2.3.1 升级到2.4.1后服务列表不显示 #428

原环境：docker-compose 部署的v2.3.1-slim 版本

升级版本：直接修改docker-compose文件中的版本号为2.4.1，升级完后服务列表中无服务数据，重启后端服务也不显示
