Include default config

As an improvement it would be nice to include a basic config file, maybe built on the default values that is being used if no config file is specified?

It could be done so that during first run, the built-in config is dumped to file.

I think this will beneficial, as it will make it easier to quickly start exploring all the feature of Tanner, like MongoDB logging etc
