As it stands right now it appears that this wonderful concept is not ready for an enterprise environment.

Please let me know when it properly punishes the originator of such morally corrupt code.

Vigil could run git blame on the offending code, and if a commit was found (the project is a Git repository and the offending code was committed), email insults to the committer. Or sign them up for spam.

I feel like Vigil Enterprise Edition should be able to connect to LDAP/Active Directory and excise the relevant immoral developers.
