Temporary issue: interrupted data publishing for some tables

Since 5th of June 2024, data publishing has been (temporarily) interrupted for the following BQ tables:

"accountsesdthistory",
"accountshistory",
"blocks",
"logs",
"miniblocks",
"operations",
"receipts",
"rounds",
"scresults",
"transactions"

Reason: migrating to a new source for the blockchain data - a different Elasticsearch instance.

Data is being published again.

However, we are still relying on a non-public ES instance. We will migrate to index.multiversx.com in the very near future.
