[Feature Request] Sorting tags

Currently, tags aren’t sorted in the following scenarios:

• The tag list in the side drawer
• The tag recommendation list on the memo input page

I’d like to have these tags sorted alphabetically. Before submitting a PR, I’m seeking feedback on whether it’s better to implement the sorting logic in the ViewModel or in the repository.
