Segfaults on removal (linux, CLAP) #51

Vital (CLAP version) crashes with a segfault when removed from a track.

Environment:

OS: Arch Linux
DE: KDE 6.0.5 on wayland
Kernel: 6.9.3-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)
DAW: Reaper 7.16-1
Vital: 1.5.5 (CLAP)

Steps to reproduce:

Add vital to a track
Remove vital from the track

Expected behaviour: The plugin should be removed.
Problematic behaviour: The plugin segfaults, crashing the DAW.

Notes:

Does not apply on Windows.
Verified on two different devices.
-- Does not happen to other CLAP plugins.
