Original pull request with update for docutils 0.22.2 failed:

  Pip Check Failed for mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-python-docutils
  Running `pip check` didn't suceed. Maybe missing dependencies?
  Here is what it failed.
  myst-parser 4.0.1 has requirement docutils<0.22,>=0.19, but you have docutils 0.22.2.
  rst2pdf 0.103.1 has requirement docutils~=0.21.2, but you have docutils 0.22.2.
  sphinx 8.2.3 has requirement docutils<0.22,>=0.20, but you have docutils 0.22.2.
  sphinx-rtd-theme 3.0.2 has requirement docutils<0.22,>0.18, but you have docutils 0.22.2.

Looks like some Python packages are not ready for docutils>=0.22 yet.

• MyST-Parser already has a PR to fix that: chore: Support docutils 0.22 executablebooks/MyST-Parser#1045 However, it is not part of a release (yet).
• So has Sphinx: Support Docutils 0.22 sphinx-doc/sphinx#13786 That change it is not part of a release (yet).
• rst2pdf has a bot-generated PR for that: Update dependency docutils to ~=0.22.3 rst2pdf/rst2pdf#1278 But it currently fails, because it also relies on Sphinx.
• Could not find a corresponding PR for sphinx-rtd-theme, but that does not necessarily mean there is none. It could also be possible that I just did not look for it thoroughly enough.
