Shortcuts:
Ctrl + Shift + ↑ = move selected text up by one line; if no text is selected, move one line of text.
Ctrl + Shift + ↓ = move selected text down by one line; if no text is selected, move one line of text.

Alt + ↑ = move selected text up by one line; if no text is selected, move one line of text.
