Thank you! I've been searching something like this for long time ago, but I no see any music library support. There is any plan to support it in near future?

I always thought that ID3 tag support was very mature in Plex, but quite frankly I don't use Plex for music. What do you think is missing?

There are some fields I store in ID3 tags but Plex no reads like Summary (album descriptions), there I set some info like Hi-Res / DSD, quality in bits and kHz, and Catalog Numbers.

Also collections and shared labels fields. Alll these info I backup manually in plain text but Plex no reads my metadata.txt files. So I did this just to no lose my metadata if something goes wrong.

It does look like a good feature request for the default plugin that's bundled with the Plex Server especially considering that you can definitely use the existing ID3 tag data for that (without the need of external files). Not promising you anything, but I wonder how do you organize your music files for the Plex parser? Could you provide an example of a directory / directory tree?
