allow soularr to search for "missing" and "cutoff_unmet"

currently you must specify to soularr which source in lidarr to search for, missing albums or albums that are cutoff unmet.

my request is to allow it to search for both.

This would be lovely, or if there were a way to pass which we're doing as an argument when running. That way I can say, schedule a missing run more often than a cutoff unmet run.

This function has been added with #71.

An album can appear in both wanted sections, if there are missing tracks & the quality is below the target.

This causes a minor issue as Soularr will search for the album twice.
