Broken Link in PyTorch Custom Datasets Notebook #807

I've discovered a broken link in the PyTorch Custom Datasets section of the material. The current link to the Illustration of Transforms leads to a 404 page.

I believe the correct link should be Illustration of Transforms, which properly directs to the intended content.

I have corrected this in a pull request linked below for your review.
