Tabs opened from pinned tabs positioned incorrectly #1492

STR:

Pin a tab containing a link that opens in a new window
Pin another tab (so the first pinned tab has pinned tabs after it)
Open another tab (not pinned)
Click the link in the first tab

The new tab opens just to the right of the parent tab creating a situation where there are mixed pinned and non-pinned tabs

Bonus STR:

Double click the newly opened un-pinned tab (the one in the middle of the pinned tabs) which should pin it. It will pin itself, but it will jump into the un-pinned tabs as it pins itself.
