Content tooltips come from tabs

I think the rightmost tab at the time was https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/etckeeper/+bug/1267564

It looks like anywhere in the top section of the BBC web page, I get the tooltip from the Launchpad tab. If I navigate to another page on the BBC it doesn't happen. If I press the back button it starts again. If I navigate and then navigate again to the original URL it doesn't happen - so it looks like there is something about that window/document that is confused.

We're not responsible with showing those tooltips, looks like an electron bug?

I don't think we're setting titles or tooltip text attributes on anything other than buttons and tabs in the tabbar. Worth investigating though if this could be a problem.
