Before submitting a bug report

  • I updated to the latest version of Multi-Account Container and tested if I can reproduce the issue
  • I searched for existing reports to see if it hasn't already been reported

Step to reproduce

Click on multi account containers Extension Icon and the Manage Containers tab is not present at the bottom of the window

Actual behavior

managed containers_

Expected behavior

Should show Manage Containers tab at bottom of window

Additional informations

Seems to be related to windows scaling - Change the scale from 100 to 125 % and this happens

Provide a copy of Troubleshooting Information page (optional)

I installed the 8.1.2 version in Firefox 116.0.3 (64-bit) in Linux and I dont even get the first part of the menu. I only get the "Open in..." containers section with no option to add any new container.
multi-account-menu

There is also no similar option in the Manage extension page.

@ramfree17 It looks like you click to URL based icon. But you need regular toolbar icon. In the image placed to the issue description you could see both icons (one with arrow and another one with plus symbol).

Since some version of Firefox add-on icon is not automatically placed to the toolbar. You need to click Extensions button on the toolbar, find MAC button there and pin it to the toolbar.

Any update on this issue? It has been over a year and this is still an issue in Linux.

I would like to add that for me the issue occurs regardless of windows scaling.
