We can deploy via AWS fargate, pointing to Aurora. Maybe aurora serverless, but maybe not since we will be polling the GET often.

An initial deployment was brought up last week @ https://megaphone.dev.mozaws.net, now kicking further deploys over to ops: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1450803
