Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

I'm not able to use the extension anymore.
When I hit the shortcut "Shift + W", a blank page opens up.
This is what happen in devtools.

I already tried to clean the cache up, but it didn't help
It looks like the extension isn't able to find the app.js file.
If you need any other infos, I'm willing to help
