You can refer to how to contribute documents(chinese)
About the explanation for RPC API,actually we can refer to Dapr's document. We make this API same with Dapr's so that we can build a runtime API spec together in the future.

Why is this needed:
We should tell users how to use this API with detailed explanation instead of just asking them to read the code.
