If you're here because something basic is not working (like gamepad input, video, or similar), it's probably something specific to your setup, so make sure you've gone through the Troubleshooting Guide first: https://github.com/moonlight-stream/moonlight-docs/wiki/Troubleshooting

If you still have trouble with basic functionality after following the guide, join our Discord server where there are many other volunteers who can help (or direct you back here if it looks like a Moonlight bug after all). https://moonlight-stream.org/discord

If its asleep sunshine can’t send any network signals, you need to wake up your computer using WOL (which requires you to enable settings in both windows and in BIOS) or you need to use an external device like a pcie homekit power switch to wake it up. There might be an issue with the built in WOL see #619 use Wake Me Up app to do it instead

This is happening on my network simply because the sunshine service crashed. My iOS application became completely unusable.

This was last night, and I figured the iOS app would dump its memory and would be usable the next day. It wasnt. (Because as it turns out my server lost all connectivity)

I think what the bug reporter is trying to say is that when the server is asleep or otherwise unavailable, this loading interface (that they have screencaptured) should have some kind of timeout.
