Looking at the recently released https://www.nuget.org/packages/T4.BuildTools/3.0.0-preview-0045-g9b6fc72764

This package is missing the T4.BuildTools.props/targets files.

I've attached screenshots comparing version 3.0.0-preview-0045-g9b6fc72764 to the older (working) 3.0.0-preview-0027-g2711105671 version. (Note the missing build folder.)
