Which chart are you referring?

opencpu

How to reproduce

Not reproducible, but we got into a state where the opencpu pod was stuck and kept returning

System failure for: aa_change_profile() (No such file or directory)`

Expected behavior

health check somehow fails when this happens and pod gets rebooted

Observed behavior

had to reboot the pod manually
