Load spinner changes its shape when unhovered

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

Description

After some time of spinning, the spinner shifts and loses its circular shape. I thought that was a hallucination the first time I noticed it, but it turns out it's real.

To reproduce

1. Launch Modrinth App
2. Make it display the spinner for a long time (try to install something with an extremely slow connection or cause an instance deadlock)
3. If you gaze long into a spinner, the spinner also gazes into you shifts a bit and changes its shape

Expected behavior

Spinner animation shouldn't be shifted
