Remove counted malloc (#80)

This PR updates the binding to mmtk/julia#24.
* No longer use malloc and counted malloc from MMTk.
* Maintain `JULIA_MALLOC_BYTES` and report this number to MMTk through
`Collection::vm_live_bytes()`.
