Create a new 'single' format for articles

Right now the default 'single' layout is 3 columns which a a little hard to utilize sufficiently. It would be nice if a new layout could be created.

Many blogs utilize a format like this:

In the bottom there is more information about the author - and the possiblitiy to put in links which all helps to establish EAT.

The suggestion could be something like this:

Here you are responsible yourself to put in the featured image. You could also choose to still use the header image.

The author will not take up too much space in the sidebar making it available for other stuff.
