AsciiDoc issues with Admonitions and CSS, .icon display: inline-block

I am using AsciiDoc and I have issues with Admonitions - https://docs.asciidoctor.org/asciidoc/latest/blocks/admonitions/

The reason of the issue is;

if I disable the
display: inline block

Then the admonitions become readable, very small, but they can be used:

How should or could I change the CSS get better results on Admonitions?
It is part of the file "...\mmistakes\minimal-mistakes_sass\minimal-mistakes_utilities.scss"
What is the best ways to keep this file but to remove this option?
Is there the custom file, which can be used to overwrite only parts of the CSS logic?
And what happens, if I would remove or overwrite this display: inline-block;? I think there could be a reason why it is there?
