Google search result preview

When I search something on google, sometimes I encounter this kind of preview of the result that I am looking for;

Do we need to make a setting within the theme to make it look like this? Or is this something google does by itself? I would especially like some specific posts to look like this. Is there a method to do this? For example, it would be nice if the page contents of some posts were visible one under the other.
