Improve health bar #167

When moving horizontal, the health bars overlap and are useless. (Depending if moving left/right its all green/black.)

Moving vertically the health bars stack, but are kind of visible.

Idea: Draw health bar vertical when moving horizontal.

Or just orient 45 deg so it is always visible and consistent.
