Catalan translation

Summary

Hi! I'm translating Misskey to Catalan and the translation is almost done, but I don't know how to approve the translations, I suppose is a permissions issue. So it's any possibility to add the translation to the list of languages?

Hopefully, more people could use the app!

You don't need to approve translation string on Crowdin to get them sync with the repository. I noticed that Catalan is not added to the language list inside the misskey app, so I'm working on it to solve
