Summary

現状、一度アーカイブ化したお知らせはコントロールパネルから閲覧・編集ができなくなります。
誤ってアーカイブした場合や、あとからやっぱり削除したいという場合、お知らせのidを取得して削除のAPIを直で叩く、あるいはDBを弄るしか方法がありません。

コントロールパネルからアーカイブ化したお知らせを削除する手段が欲しいです。

一度アーカイブ化したお知らせを削除したい場合がある
