In the mirror item of https://mirrorz.org/list/ubuntu there should be an icon for https://mirrors.help/ubuntu/

For each mirror site without help, there should be an icon (in mirrorz-blue) that redirects to, e.g., https://mirrors.help/ubuntu/?mirror=BUPT
