Design: add/remove tags to organisations (align with flow design for object tags)

Following the flow design for adding or removing tags to objects #3535, we need to align the design for the flow to add organisation tags while keeping in mind that these organisation tags will still be/function distinctive enough for users.

There is currently a way to add tags, but it can be optimised for intuitiveness and findability. This will be taken into account as well when aligning the design to the flow for adding tags to objects.
