Reports based on reports flow: Reports page

This implementation ticket is part of the complete flow for reports based on reports #2346 (Review file).

Starting with some design updates to the existing reports page (history tab), where reports with different input will be shown in one table, and users have the possibility to enter the flow.

• Entering the flow by a new dropdown option from the 'generate report' button on the top right.
• The column report type now features
  - reports based on only objects in the current KAT install (internal),
  - aggregate reports with reports from the current install and imported reports of externally hosted objects,
  - new sector report types that will offer summarised data for a large number of reports from different organisations.
• The column that was called 'input objects' before, now has a more generic label of 'input', allowing the options:
  - Single input object (linked if object is active in this openKAT install)
  - Multiple input objects, e.g. "123 objects" (not linked)
  - Multiple input reports, e.g. "456 reports" (not linked)
• For previously mentioned different input mixes, there is an expanded row in the design file showing what information is shown with each input mix (Design ticket Design reports page expanded rows for reports based on reports #3485).
• Tag(s) column is now added (maybe out of scope for this implementation ticket as we don't have tags yet).
