Design Query possibility for selecting report types & objects in report flow

In discussions around filters within openKAT the question arose for a possibility to select report types & objects in report flow using a query. This would be an addition to selecting items by hand with limited possibilities. Because this differs from the existing report flow designs, we have to think about consequences and design implications if we choose to implement this. This ticket concerns a first draft of how it could work.
