Describe the bug.

Deleting a user in control panel errors. This is the sentry error https://ministryofjustice.sentry.io/issues/6337182433/?query=is%3Aunresolved%20issue.priority%3A%5Bhigh%2C%20medium%5D&referrer=issue-stream&stream_index=2

To Reproduce

  1. Log in to Control Panel (dev)
  2. Attempt to delete a user via superuser functions User list page

Expected Behaviour

No response
