UI/Functionality Upload Folder Button can not enable by set policy

NOTE

I use public policy for my bucket，but anonymous user only use upload file button only and the upload folder button disabled. I read the policy document and find "s3:putobject" this policy can upload mutliple files and folder. The public policy already has putobject policy.

Expected Behavior

Upload folder button Enabled.

Current Behavior

Upload folder button Disabled.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Create a bucket, set to public
2. Open bucket anonymously, click Upload button.
3. Upload Folder Button Disabled.

docker minio, version: RELEASE.2025-02-07T23-21-09Z
