Neither the readme nor the code explains what the fields are for in the formspecs.
For the POIs there is a hint what the icon field is for.

However what is the difference between icon and image fields?
What is the difference between url and address?

Maybe at least explain it in the readme or helpme documentation (or at very least here in this thread) and then, we can help figure out what a possible tooltip text could be in the formspec.
