The Naver blog site is something of a pain to deal with manually, as it blocks right-clicking of images.
Images can be clicked for a lightbox, and then the expansion button makes a full-size popup which immediately closes if you try and save the image.

You can with a bit of care dive into the Chrome backend to find the files, but it's a heavyweight process.
