[Weibo] Posts with video downloading the worst quality as default

A post like this https://weibo.com/6077799204/LgvbpoSNW has videos.

gallery-dl downloader downloads the video as expected. however it downloads it at a terrible quality. 360p the lowest available as i can tell. 4K 60p is offered, however.

Please do set the default as the best quality option, or at the least, make an option in the config to pick the default quality.

This is partly the result of gallery-dl using the mobile interface for weibo, since it doesn't have to go through that passport/first-visit thing this way.

The best quality there seems to be 720p, but gdl only grabs the 480p version.
