[Hentai-Foundry] HttpError: ConnectionError: 'Connection aborted.'

When I try to download a gallery from Hentai-Foundry, I always get this error:

I use current (1.15.2) version of gallery-dl, and command line for download looks like this:

The error makes it sound like you are IP banned from this site, or something alike. Can you access hentai-foundry.com with a regular web browser without issues? Are you using a proxy/VPN for your browser or gallery-dl, but not the other?

On the one hand, there are no problems with accessing the hentai-foundry through the browser - I tried several browsers with different settings, they all open the H-F without problems; proxy is not used in browsers.

On the other hand, after your message I tried using a proxy in the gallery-dl and it worked! Apparently, the problem is still in some kind of ban. But I can't understand why then H-F is available through the browser(s).

Addition:
As it turned out, through the browser I can only go to "http://www.hentai-foundry.com", while "https://www.hentai-foundry.com" is blocked. This is most likely due to the partial blocking of the site by Russian censors.
