198380 schools and 772 populated places have no parent in ls_demo database

Inserted US school districts from downloaded from Census
Schools should be assigned to school districts

Could not assign 67 schools which are located in 'Federated States of Micronesia' ALC = 5041
These schools do not intersect with any of school-districts obtained from US Census.
