Test Environment:
OS Build: Windows 11 
Version: 24H2 (OS Build 26058.1400) 
Browser: Edge dev 
Browser Version 123.0.2400.1 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
URL: Overview - Docs ⋅ Storybook (mgt.dev)
Screen reader: Narrator

Repro Steps:

1. Open the above URL
2. Turn ON Narrator.
3. The ‘Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground' Overview page will get displayed.
4. Navigate to the ‘MGTP-file-list’ and activate it.
5. Navigate to the ‘Property’ and activate it.
6. Navigate to the ‘"File list upload " and activate it.
7. Navigate to ‘Upload File’ using tab key and activate it.
8. Upload any file.
9. Verify the issue while uploading any file.

Actual Result:
Screen reader is not announcing status message as ‘"File name" File upload fail’ which is appeared while uploading file.
Screen reader announce URL information with control name as “Component slash mgt file list slash property file list upload story book work Microsoft Edge dev window preview document upload files button”.

Expected Result:
Screen reader should announce status message as ‘"File name" File upload fail’ which is appeared while uploading file.
Screen reader should announce like as ‘ “File name"File upload fail' upload files button’.

Observation:
Issue still repro’s with NVDA screen reader
Issue repro throughout application

User Impact:
If status message information is not passed on by screen reader, user dependent on it will not be able to understand whether action has taken place or not.
