When trying to uninstall Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.6, Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.8 is uninstalled.

Steps to reproduce

winget install --exact --id Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.8
winget uninstall --exact --id Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.6
winget list | Select-String "Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime"

Actual behavior
