Brief description of your issue

Build Tools for Visual Studio 2019 is incorrectly offered as Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime update:

Steps to reproduce

Download and install vstor_redist.exe and run winget upgrade.

Expected behavior

Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime is recognised as this.

Actual behavior

As can be seen above.

Environment

Windows Package Manager v1.4.10173

Windows: Windows.Desktop v10.0.19042.2604
System Architecture: X64
Package: Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller v1.19.10173.0

Does this only show up in the upgrade output? Using search (on BuildTools) provides expected results:
