Ubuntu 16.04, Linux 4.13.0-36-generic also comes across the similar problem, even after uninstall then reinstall using the downloaded deb:

"sudo apt update" shows:

I've same problem that @CompassHXM and @ginanjarn mentions.

I think the key is mismatched and it should be fixed.
