Display & Pin all workspaces in the welcome window

When a user has multiple work spaces spread across different directories it takes time to navigate to different work space & open in the vs code. So if available work spaces are displayed then with click of bottom user can start working skipping the hassle of navigating the OS specific UI. Also if the frequently used work space can be pinned it will further reduce the time taken to start working.
