Allow workbench.list.openMode: doubleClick and preview editors

Hi, my suggestion is to make "workbench.list.openMode": "doubleClick" setting to have the ability to open in preview mode because currently if you set doubleClick it's impossible to open in preview mode. I really like this feature because it will not expand directories or opens file in preview on single click, but with doubleClick it's impossible to open the file in the preview when you click 2 times on in it in the file tree.
