Move commit panel only to right side

Problem

Currently, it is not possible to have the commit panel show up on the right side, separated from the other view bar elements, such as file tree, search, and extensions.

Atom has the commit panel on the right side, making it possible to view both the file tree as well as the commit panel. This flow creates less of a disconnect/discomfort when reviewing/committing as you don't lose your view on your file tree.

Can this be considered? 😉

Proposal

Have the commit panel be transferable to the right side/terminal/debug/output panel, or create a separate dedicated right sidebar to which panels can be converted, similar to a left and bottom one.
