Test for: #28526

Complexity: 2

We have added some API to expose multiple root folders. Try to program against it and see if there is something missing. Also make sure proposed API cannot be used unless the extension opt's in to using proposed API. FYI - To test proposed API, generate a new extension and copy the vscode.proposed.d.ts file into your workspace.
