copy/paste problems in 1.10

• VSCode Version: Insiders 1.10 and Stable 1.9.1
• OS Version: MacOS

Steps to Reproduce:

1. in a markdown file, enter in the following text:

the quick brown fox end-to-end "jumped over the lazy dog" and then fell on his face blah blah blah blah blah bbleeck blah blady blah blah

2. Using 1.9.1, copy and paste the text above into Word, you get this:

3. Using 1.10, copy and paste the text into word, you get this:

Results:

• line break after "-"
• I don't get proper breaks on some words (note "bbleck" is split middle of the word)

I expect to just have the text pasted...
