Aux Window: doesn't survive Reload Window

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: Version: 1.85.0 (Universal)
• OS Version: Darwin arm64 22.5.0

When you reload the window Aux windows are closed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Aux Window
2. Run command > Developer: Reload Window
